If I were to gather at least 10 people in a room together and pose the question “How many of you have use public Wi-Fi before?”, most (if not all) would raise their hands. I mean why wouldn’t anyone use public Wi-Fi? It’s a wireless access point that allows you to connect to the internet on someone else’s dime, it’s usually free and it allows you to save your precious cellular data allotment on your wireless plan. Sounds pretty sweet right? Well it can be, as long as you don’t mind your data being eavesdropped on or potentially stolen.
